Twitter is down for maintenance. I should go to bed. I am sooo tired. Just wanted to post, but it's not in the right place, with the right people watching. Nor seeing what they are saying. ::sigh::
Twitter will be back by morning--I hope!

My Cell Phone - Part 2
And this is my phone open--with its wonderful QWERTY keyboard!
I love this phone. It's a Switch_Back. It also has a camera. :-)

My Cell Phone - Part 1
This is what my cell phone looks like in its closed configuration.
That's a Minnie Mouse phone strap from a cool place in Japan. It has a screen cleaner as part of it. :-)

Utterz
I am looking into how to do voice posts. Utterz looks like it might be the answer. I would love to add that to my InsaneJournal (entitled CountryMouse's Refuge, for those of you who are keeping track). But if that's not possible now, I will do it here.
The reason I want to do voice posts is that I need that as a backup in order to post everyday for the Blog 365 challenge. We are thinking of moving in June or July; and there may be a few days when I may be without Internet access. If I can post in some form from my cell phone, that would be great!

Update on my shiny new InsaneJournal
I'm there! As far as I can tell, all my old LiveJournal posts (sans comments) have made it over and are archived. I will, within the next week or so, check against my LiveJournal, to see if anything is missing and fix that. :-)
Okay, this will sound melodramatic, but it felt like I was running away from an oppressive regime, coming to (the idealized) America. I could see the Statue of Liberty and people with open arms (no Ellis Island), waiting to welcome me to FREEDOM! Everyone at InsaneJournal has been so nice and helpful! I'm lovin' it there!
So come and visit me there! And if you are an LJer, please consider making the jump yourself! Here is where I "live" now:
CountryMouse's Refuge
I am "permanently insane" (IOW, I bought a permanent account)--heh. :-P

Moving
(cross-posted from my Blog 365 blog)
I have been trying to find out more about what's been going on at LiveJournal this past year. Well, I finally am getting some answers and they're scary. Censorship like crazy.
A long-time friend on LiveJournal told me about InsaneJournal, which uses the same Open Source code that LJ uses. I went there and started up an account tonight. I looked at their TOS. Then I started reading posts in the Refugees community. Scary stuff.
I purchased a permanent account at InsaneJournal tonight.
So after I back everything up from LiveJournal and am sure I'm ready to go, I will be switching my main link and feed link [on Blog 365] from LiveJournal to InsaneJournal.

I wish I knew more...
I wish I knew how to make this blog look "cool" with all the things that other women bloggers put on the sidebars of theirs. I just don't understand the code, it totally throws my brain for a loop. That's one of the reasons I have never done much with this blog.
I think that this could even be put onto my own site, but I just feel like it's a beast I don't know how to handle. So...I leave it alone.

Resuscitation + Blog 365
Heh. Looks like I might be using this little blog off and on after all, because I just joined THIS:
So this is one of the places where I might end up posting!
